About Us
Oaktree Impact is a regional social impact consulting company headquartered in Singapore. We provide a range of social impact investing services, including strategy formulation, pre-investment due diligence, post investment monitoring, impact metrics management, etc.
We are currently growing our team to serve corporate foundations, family offices, and other capital owners who wish to be part of the exciting growing social impact investing ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
About the Role
Based in ASEAN countries (remote location), the candidate will report to the Chief of Staff and act as liaison with our clients to manage their existing portfolio companies as well as assists in conducting due diligence on potential investments in Southeast Asia
Compensation
The renumeration will commensurate with experience and time commitment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up with potential investments pipelines;
- Preparing the necessary reports and documentation for periodical financial reporting to clients;
- Carry out due diligence on projects pipelines; and
- Other ad hoc special projects or tasks assigned by the Senior Management.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Willingness to travel at short notice
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in private equity/venture capital/investment management/asset management/alternative investments industry, etc.
- Strong passion in helping the social entrepreneurs to succeed
- A proactive hands-on approach to manage the portfolio companies
- Ability to work independently
- Strong team development skills
- Familiarity with working with overseas companies will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel
