Community Transformation Initiative Bhd (CTI) is a non-profit organisation working among the urban poor in Kota Damansara.

In CTI, our vision is to empower vulnerable communities towards dignity and fullness of life through holistic community development, advocacy and training.  We believe that transformation lies at the very heart and core of our work and vision. It is this desire to see lives and communities of the marginalised groups restored and transformed for the better that continually drives us forward.

To bring about sustainable and positive changes by implementing strategies and programs designed to break the poverty cycle, restore wholeness, to instill hope and empower communities BY BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES in LIVELIHOOD, EDUCATION & HEALTH (B.O.L.E.H)
