Communications Officer
The Global Peace Foundation promotes an innovative, values-based approach to peace-building, guided by the vision that all human beings are members of One Family Under God.
YOUR ROLES INCLUDE:
• STORY-FINDING - constantly discovering and capturing human stories from our beneficiaries (children, youth, community)
• STORYTELLING - present our story through writings for website, social media, newsletters and etc.
• DIGITAL STORYTELLING - collaborate with our creative designer to develop compelling images and videos
• MEDIA OUTREACH - Pitch television, radio, print, and online media to secure placement for stories
• Minimal 2 years of experience in PR, communications related work
• Flair in creative writing, experience in content strategy and story fundamentals (send us your work if you have)
• Technical - working knowledge of equipments (DSLR camera), image editing, online platform (Wordpress, Constant-contact)
• Able to travel to our beneficiary communities (mostly Pahang)
