The Campaigns Executive is responsible to develop, execute and evaluate campaigns for youths; ensure that programmes meet overall objectives so as to contribute to the overall target and brand image.
Responsibilities
Conceptualise and present fresh initiatives that will help build new marketing opportunities and penetrate new market segments
Identify, collate, upkeep and expand database of existing and potential schools/universities into higher levels of engagement and fundraising
Assist with the development of awareness raising, advocacy and knowledge products, including infographic and other communication materials using various mediums
Plan, implement and facilitate activities, workshops, panel discussions, special meet ups, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources whilst ensuring that operations are managed within the authorised budget
Engage with the public and school groups to share about WVM's work
Train, engage and follow up with participants of WVM's advocacy initiatives e.g. Camp Leaders for the 30-Hour Famine campaign
Coordinate logistical details with internal and external service departments for WVM campaigns and events
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing/Public Relations or related fields
At least two (2) years of working experience in related field
Experience in organising and managing events
Good communication and presentation skills
Good working command of English and Chinese
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well with tight deadlines
Positive attitude, detail-oriented and highly motivated
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
