Manage and own the sales CRM (HubSpot)
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture your own Enterprise sales pipeline
Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, qualifying, negotiation to closing & contracting
Searching and sealing win-win opportunities in the Enterprise category
Constantly iterating to capture the ideal target persona company as we grow into new markets
Requirements
3-4 years experience in sales and new business development (Bonus points if you have experience selling to HR Benefits, Talent Engagement/ Development teams).
Proven track record of successful sales achievement and process.
Good knowledge of sales pipeline and other data-driven sales metrics to establish measurable and repeatable sales processes.
Identify yourself as an active listener who communicates purposefully and with conviction to both external and internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a preferred
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Always eager to take new challenges, exploring more niches with different approach methods
