Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with our sustainability mission and business goals. Create a compelling brand story that resonates with customers and differentiates us in the market.
Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives. Identify target markets and segments, and drive engagement through digital marketing channels.
Communication Strategy: Craft and execute a robust communication strategy that highlights our commitment to sustainability, transparency, and innovation. Maintain consistent and authentic messaging across all communication platforms.
Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and materials for marketing campaigns.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor students and volunteers for various community projects. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages growth and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry associations, and the media. Represent the company in sustainability and textile industry events and discussions.
Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in branding, marketing, and communications. Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator is highly preferred.
Creativity: Strong creative and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Sustainability Passion: Strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, with a deep understanding of sustainability principles and practices in business.
Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and branding plans that drive business growth and brand recognition.
Team Leadership: Demonstrate experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving results.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey sustainability concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
