Assist with the Business Unit to ensure programs are executed efficiently and impactfully.
Program Planning & Execution
Execute program tasks on finance and procurement.
Coordinate and execute program plans.
Organize post-mortem meetings.
Document program execution i.e., create post-program reports.
Suggest improvements, innovation, or pivot to program managers.
Impact Management
Collect and constantly update data for impact management.
Gathering documentation from stakeholders and internal work to back data collection.
Document and report all programs as required.
Organize and archive documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
Research and monitor ongoing development and sustainability of Impact Malaysia’s training framework.
Resource Development
Contribute support to all resource development efforts for Impact Malaysia and Picksum.
80% of targeted research work met for program development.
Contribute to native communications contents.
Outreach and Community Building
Expand Impact Malaysia & Picksum’s youth pool.
Ensure all program attendance quotas are met.
Ensure sufficient program partnership with relevant institutions and providing strategic input from communities towards targeted program impact and efficiency.
Maintain a database of program experts and stakeholders and do stakeholder engagement for program execution.
General Management
Assist in management tasks to ensure the smooth operation and process improvements of Impact Malaysia.
Contribute to Impact Malaysia programming and execution.
Assist with the strategy, planning, execution, innovation, and monitoring including reporting of all Impact Malaysia’s programs and initiatives.
Practice consistent quality control of finance, administration, systems, and resource management needed to achieve the business unit’s goals.
Assist in the management of Impact Integrated’s digital storage system and digital production assets, and ensure all files and assets are properly documented, and archives taken care of
Manage capacity building for self in consultation with supervisor and expected to coach and share knowledge with fellow team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Performs ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.

To undertake duties as may reasonably be determined by the Management.
A bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably with any professional certification on project management, social and development studies.
Proven track record in coordinating or managing programs onsocial work, volunteerism, youth & community building, non-profits organization and prior internships are welcomed.
Penchant or interest in entrepreneurship and content creation isa plus.
1-2 years’ active involvement / internship / employment / anyform of active engagements will be added advantage.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable or able to pivot to MacOS workenvironment, with specific preference to co-working applicationsi.e Google Suite.
Professional expertise in handling Excel / GoogleSheets.
Ability to use hardware used in programs i.e AV system, simplecameras and live streaming setups will be added advantage.
Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.
Able to work independently, willing to take unpopular positionsbased on fact finding and logical reasoning, as well as provideunbiased recommendations.
Candidates must be willing to work at flexible hours, days &travelling to out station.
