Perform duties relevant to program planning, administration, community engagement and tasks towards Impact Malaysia and Picksum’s program deliverables and activities. Job holder is a vital component of the organization to ensure delivery of important day-to-day tasks related to the execution of programs and research.
Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
Execute program tasks on finance and procurement.
Coordinate and execute program plans.
Organize post-mortem meetings.
Document program execution ie create post-program reports.
Suggest improvements, innovation, or pivot to program managers.
Impact Management
Collect and constantly update data for impact management.
Gathering documentation from stakeholders and internal work to back data collection.
Document and report all program as required.
Organize and archive documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
Research and monitor ongoing development and sustainability of Impact Malaysia's training framework.
Outreach and Community Building
Expand Impact Malaysia & Picksum's youth pool.
Ensure all program attendance quotas are met.
Ensure sufficient program partnership with relevant institutions and provide strategic input from communities towards targeted program impact and efficiency.
Maintain a database of program experts and stakeholders and do stakeholder engagement for program execution.
Others
To undertake duties as may reasonably be determined by the Management.
General Management
Contribute to Impact Malaysia programming and execution.
Assist with the strategy, planning, execution, innovation, and monitoring including reporting of all Impact Malaysia's programs and initiatives.
Practice consistent quality control of finance, administration, systems, and resource management needed to achieve the business unit's goals.
Assist in the management of Impact Integrated's digital storage system and digital production assets, and ensure all files and assets are properly documented, and archives take care of.
Manage capacity building for self in consultation with surpervisor and expected to coach and share knowledge with fellow team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Performs ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with any professional certification on program management, social and development studies.
1-2 years of working experience in a related field with proven track record in coordinating or managing programs on social work, volunteerism, youth & community building, non-profits organization and prior internships are welcomed.
Candidates with Program coordination and development, Impact measurements and reporting, Capacity-building, Research and resource development skills highly welcomed to apply.
Must be detail-oriented, posses good organization skills, and able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Advanced knowledge of Office/MacOS work applications, and co-working applications i.e Google Suite apps and Project management applications using either Scrum / Kanban frameworks will be added advantage.
