Associate - Leadership and Development Application by PEMIMPIN GSL (LADAP+)
Description
LADAP⁺ by PEMIMPIN is Malaysia’s first teacher professional development mobile application. The app aims to bring bite-sized, high-quality, and evidence-based professional development to every teacher in Malaysia. Through the app, teachers will have access to unlimited learning content consisting of modules, videos, and tools that they can use to upskill themselves.
The app reimagines the idea of teacher professional development into an exciting and engaging experience with the goal of elevating teacher status and professionalism, for them to improve student outcomes and themselves become effective leaders and agents of change.
Responsibilities
This position is full-time and requires working in our Kuala Lumpur office at least three days per week. As an Associate, you will be a part of the Leadership and Development Application by PEMIMPIN GSL (LADAP⁺) programme team which manage the development of the mobile application for teachers' professional development and creating courses and content for the apps.

One Programme Associate with expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
One Programme Associate with expertise in Production, Social Media and Communications.
The Associate reports to the organisation Leads, Programme Manager(s) of the LADAP⁺ Programme Team, and the MEL Department/Social Media and Comms Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Programme:
Assist programme team to execute the LADAP⁺ programme. Work with Organisation Leads and Programme Manager to:
co-develop a rigorous implementation plan for LADAP⁺.
co-develop customised and contextualised contents and courses which are catered to the needs of teachers and users of the mobile application.
coordinate events related to LADAP⁺ including but not limited to the mobile application launch and engagement sessions with various stakeholders.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL):
Work with Organisation Leads and Programme Manager(s) to:
implement measurement framework and analysis tools which are user-friendly and effective to measure the effectiveness and impact of our programme.
produce data analysis and impact reports which are catered to both internal and external stakeholders in an easily-understandable and timely manner.
co-develop strategies informed by data to improve the learning experience and user experience of the mobile application.
Production, Social Media and Communications:
Work with Organisation Leads and Programme Manager(s) to:
in charge of the development and production of the learning courses and content for the mobile application including but not limited to video filming and editing, and slides development.
co-manage the company’s social media platform to ensure that the company’s brand is well represented.
create posters, videos and promotional content for programmes.
co-develop and execute social media plans for program launches, courses, and external collaborations.
Requirements
Required Competencies
Passionate about PEMIMPIN GSL’s mission and the movement, with a desire to operate within PEMIMPIN GSL’s vision and values.
Ability to communicate ideas effectively and critically, both verbally and in writing (Bahasa Melayu & English).
Work collaboratively in a team environment and is adaptable to working efficiently in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
Ability to relate and connect with school leaders and teachers, to build strong relationships for effective and personalised school support.
Creative and critical in proposing strategies and solutions for the betterment of programmes.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workplace platforms.
Adequate data and contextual analysis skills to draw accurate conclusions and guide actions.
