Great Heart Charity Association is currently searching for an Assessment Executive who is enthusiastic and driven to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social work, possesses strong communication skills, and has a creative mindset.
As an Assessment Executive, you will be the key player in the success of our assessment and charity initiatives, working with beneficiaries, volunteers, and donors. Conduct house visits to underprivileged families who had applied for assistance, to interview and assess their situation and eligibility.
Follow up and support services, including visitation to hospitals, haemodialysis centres, and government agencies, and coming out with a specific plan and advice to help the underprivileged families resolve their respective issues that they are currently facing.
Facilitate in project planning and management to support the beneficiaries under our programs, including, but not limited to, the Orang Asli Program, and Didik-Kasih Educare Program, among others.
Connect the beneficiaries, volunteers, and donors together to provide physical and emotional assistance to the underprivileged families under our care. Ability to connect with volunteers to work together is a plus point.
Travel to provide support to onboarded families from outside of Klang Valley, as and when required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Level in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, as candidate is required to communicate with our target beneficiaries in all three of these languages. Other dialect like Cantonese and Hokkien is a plus point.
Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Problem Solving, writing skill, interpersonal communications skill.
Resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Prior knowledge and skills in counselling would be an added advantage.
Must possess own transport and willing to travel to various charity homes as well as underprivileged families' homes.
Must be able to commit to charity work on weekends when required.
Preferably those with extrovert, out-going personality who has good communication skills.
Most importantly, has the RESPONSIBILITY and PASSION in charity work.
