·       Manage the overall day-to-day finance (full set of accounts) and administrative functions.

·       Monitor operational cashflow to ensure sufficient funds to meet operational requirements. Placement of excess funds into short or long term deposits.

·       Maintain donations and fund-raising income list. Issue official receipts and appreciation letters.

·       Perform suppliers’ payment and claims by employees & volunteers on time.

·       Monitor cash sales, membership fees, inventory and petty cash control.

·       Prepare monthly payroll and statutory payment i.e PCB, EPF, Socso & EIS.

·       Liaise with bank and auditors for banking and annual audit related matters respectively.

·       Monitor vehicles’ road tax, insurance & maintenance timeline.

·       General office administrative tasks & any other ad-hoc tasks required from time to time.
